About Joanne
Joanne Mucheru is a Certified Productivity Coach dedicated to assisting her clients in maximizing their potential and achieving their goals, enabling them to lead intentional and fulfilling lives aligned with their God-given purpose.
With over two decades of experience in Business Operations and Administration, along with coaching and training certification, she is equipped to empower and provide the tools, strategies, and support necessary for meaningful change.
Having personally experienced the transformative power of coaching, Joanne has made it her life's mission to help others create lives they are proud of. Today, she offers individual coaching sessions, group programs, and seminars.
Joanne holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, a Diploma in Customer Service from ICM UK, and various other qualifications including being a Licensed Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) Automated Trading System user, a Prince2 Diploma in Project Management, and Leadership training from the Jack Welch Management Institute. Additionally, she earned an MBA from the East and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI) and is a Trainer of Trainers in Corporate Governance certified by Strathmore/IFC/IOD.
Throughout her career, Joanne has worked for both international and local stockbrokers and investment banks, contributing her expertise to various operational and administrative roles. She has played integral roles in startups as well as established businesses, consistently striving to create quality, effective, and efficient operations that benefit stakeholders and shareholders alike. Mentoring youth is another passion of hers.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Joanne is an active member of Grace Arena Ministries, where she serves in several capacities including Cellgroup, Church Events, The Grace Voices Choir and DOM Trust Foundation. She is also the Vice Board Chair of Adom Sacco Limited and working on releasing her maiden book dubbed God’s Process
